Spinning Classes – Commencing in September
Mike Peterson will be running spinning classes at a new fitness centre in the city. The centre is called “Sweat fitness” and is situated in Victoria Road, the dockland/quays area, around the corner from the Sextant pub. There will have 27 state of the art indoor cycling bikes. These bikes have monitors that indicate cadence, heart rate, distance, speed and of particular interest to cyclist’s, power.
The plan would be to commence these classes on Wednesday September 21st from 7pm to 8pm and run in blocks of 6 week periods with the option to renew once the 6 weeks are completed. The classes would consist of 45 minutes cycling and 15 minutes of core work.

Core Training Classes – Commencing in September
Mike Peterson is also planning to continue the core classes for the Autumn Season. Several options of timing are open. One option would be to have the core training classes from 8pm to 9pm on Wednesdays in “Sweat Fitness”. Other options would be to have core training on Mondays in the Maritime Institute in Ringaskiddy again.
