A new set of swim classes aimed at those doing Triathlons will commence on Wednesday April 14th at 8.00pm. The class will run for 7 weeks at Lota pool, Brothers of Charity, lower Glanmire road, Cork and will be run by Brian Clifford and Diarmuid Herlihy. The course will combine stroke improvement work and triathlon distance swims and is aimed at those building for a triathlon swim.
