Race takes place on Monday December 28th at 11am. Entries/Registration taken in GAA Pavilion Bandon. Showers & Refreshments will be available after the race. Cancelled due to weather.

BEAM Annual Three Counties Cycle will take place on Monday 28th December 2009.
25km – 50km – 100km
Starting at 9.30-10.30 in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow
This cycle is in aid of the BEAM Centre a voluntary organisation providing day and respite services for people with learning disability. The organisation is committed to encouraging and assisting adults with learning disability to achieve social and personal fulfilment by: Broadening their outlook through social interaction; Developing self-help and independence; Instilling self-confidence and belief in their own abilities; Training in the skills necessary for life.
All are very welcome and refreshments will be served at the water stops and also back at the BEAM Centre.
