A new set of swim classes aimed at those doing Triathlons will commence on Wednesday October 14 at 8.00 pm.The class will run for 6 weeks at Lota pool, Brothers of Charity, Lower Glanmire road, Cork.
The course will be run by Brian Clifford and Diarmuid Herlihy. The course will combine stroke Improvement work and triathlon distance swims. The course will be aimed at those building for a triathlon swim.
Those Interested at improving their swim times for Triathlons can expect to see a strong Improvement in their times.
Brian Clifford swam for Ireland in the 1972 Olympics. Diarmuid Herlihy broke the Irish record for the fastest swim from Europe to Africa in 2007.Both are involved in teaching swimming on a full time basis.
